41st manned flight of the Soyuz. Docked with Salyut-7. Anatoly Berezovoy and Valentin Lebedev - the first long-term crew (Expedition 1) of the Salyut-7 station. After returning to Earth on December 12, 1982, Berezovoy and Lebedev set a new record of the duration of the space flight 211 d 9 h 4 m 31 s (5073 h 4 m 31 s). They surpassed the record of Popov and Ryumin expedition 4 of Salyut 6.
